OUR SERVICES

Home Monitoring:

We perform basic routine inspections of the interior and exterior of your property twice each month to make sure all is well. If we identify a problem we let you know immediately.

Monitoring includes the following:

- Checking your landscape & irrigation systems
- Checking your smoke detectors (replacing batteries as needed)
- Checking your hot water heater (for leaks)
- Running water through your faucets
- Checking your pool/spa for condition and cleanliness
- Walking through each room in your home
- Checking inside your garage
- Flushing your toilets (very important due to evaporation)
- Collecting newspapers, flyers, etc., from outside your home
- Picking up trash from your yard
- Collecting your mail
- Checking your air conditioner/heater thermostat settings and more...you tell us!

Fee: $25.00 (per month, per property)

Specialty Services:

We can help you with home maintenance. We have our own resources available or can assist you with locating a licensed contractor or other local company, depending on what you need.

Home Maintenance:

- Place/replace ceiling fans and/or light fixtures
- Replace window blinds/coverings
- Correct landscape irrigation problems
- Plumbing repairs and more...you tell us!

Fee: On a case by case basis (licensed contractors utilized)

Meeting Various Service Personnel at Your Home:

We are happy to meet service technicians at your home. We will open the door for them and make sure your home is secure when they leave. If need be, we can stay while the work is being completed.

Fee: $15.00 per occurrence (to open and lock up - 15 minute maximum)
Return Fee: $10.00 (to return later to opened home for lock up)
Hourly Fee: $15.00 (to stay beyond 15 minutes, and lock up)

Grocery Shopping:

We grocery shop for you prior to your arrival. You provide us with the shopping list and we make sure you have what you need when you arrive to enjoy your home (beer, coffee, milk, ice, bread, etc.).

Fee: $35.00 to shop and deliver to your home ($150.00 spending limit)
Fee: $50.00 for shopping that exceeds $150.00

Note: Payment of anticipate cost of grocery items required in advance. Receipt will be provided.

Vacation Home Housekeeping:

Don't spend time cleaning when you arrive or before you pack up to go home. Leave that to us! We make sure your home is clean prior to your arrival and/or after your departure.

Includes: washing linens/towels, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, floors, vacuuming, dusting, emptying trash, cleaning mirrors, unloading the dishwasher. We will even clean out the refrigerator upon request, but we do not wash dishes. Window washing is also available

Fee: $100.00 (per visit, most homes under 2,000 sq. ft.)
Fee: $75.00 (per visit, most homes under 2,000 sq. ft. (no washing linens/towels)

Boat/RV Detail and Repair Services:

We have excellent referrals for mechanics and detailers, including pick up and delivery services. Call us about boat and RV related services at (928) 486-3694.
