Boutique (home decor, women's clothing & accessories,
gifts and more...), we offer a variety of services that
assist homeowners with their needs. From home monitoring, to
home staging & decorating, and estate sale assistance, we
have been providing homeowners with trustworthy, reliable, and
friendly home services since 2004.

to keep and eye on your property for you. Our vacation
home services range from home monitoring, to housekeeping,
to grocery shopping prior to your arrival. We have been
helping out-of-town homeowners since 2004.

you decide to sell your home, your home becomes a marketable

similar homes on the market. Staging your home to sell
is far different from the way you live in your home.

specialize in affordable home decorating services. In
fact, we can generally furnish and decorate an entire
3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home for as little as $3,500.00
to $4,000.00 (sometimes less). We specializes in preparing
homes to be vacation rentals. If you need help decorating
your home, let us know. Consultation is free.

You don't have to be rich to have an estate sale. Generally,
estate sales are held due to the death or incapacitation
of a loved one. Having an estate sale to remove personal
property from a home, and hiring someone to manage it
for you is an excellent option, especially if you do
not live in the area where the property is located.
